With the "Hosted Buyer Programme", we offer to organise and pay some of the expenses such as flight tickets, accommodation and transfers, plan bilateral meetings and arrange visits to the fair and nurseries in Türkiye, for selected international buyers. Please note that completing the form does not constitute acceptance to the "Hosted Buyer Programme". Athena Trade Fairs Inc. in conjunction with a panel of industry experts, will at their sole discretion decide which services will be offered to successful applicants. According to the information you provide by filling out the form below, you may be offered full coverage of your expenses or a certain part.

This is not a registration form and places on the programme are not guaranteed.

Please notice:
- Places on the LIF 2024 Hosted Buyer Programme are limited and in high demand. We ask for your understanding that we will not be able to accommodate everybody.
- Applications will be reviewed against strict qualifying criteria
- Incomplete applications will not be considered
- Applicants may be contacted in person for further information
- Successful applicants will also need to complete the official Buyer Registration form
